Cancellation and Refund

1. Subscription Cancellations

Users can cancel their Jerusalem OTT subscriptions at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your paid period.
• No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for digital content subscriptions once accessed. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges due to technical errors on our platform.
• Unauthorized transactions that are reported within 48 hours.
• Failure to access content due to verified technical issues on our side.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at jerusalemmediabroadcasting@gmail.com with your transaction details.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

4. Donations

Voluntary donations made to support the ministry are non-refundable as they are used immediately for spiritual and charitable purposes.
